A Little TLC is a great fit if you want the essentials covered: your site protected, backed up, and updated every month.

TLC is the sweet spot for most established business owners who want more frequent updates, daily security scans, and a full hour of support time each month.

Extra TLC is for you if you want the full package: maximum protection, performance optimization, and the most support time each month.

Once you’re ready to get started, I’ll send you a secure payment link to enter your credit card details and submit your first payment. From there, your plan renews automatically each month — no need to do anything on your end!

Yes! No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees, no hard feelings. Just contact me before your next payment date and your plan will continue through the end of the period you’ve already paid for. No refunds on completed payments; but you’re never locked in longer than you want to be.

No worries! That’s actually pretty common! Once you’re signed up, I’ll take a look at your website to see what we’re working with. If there’s anything that needs to be addressed, I’ll let you know upfront so we can make a plan together.

Your support time is for simple website updates and questions: things like updating text, swapping out images, changing links, editing your header or footer, or asking me how to do something on your website. A good rule of thumb: if it can be handled in 30 minutes, it’s probably included!

It doesn’t cover coding projects or complex systems like memberships or online stores. But for everyday website stuff, I’ve got you covered.

A couple of things to note: Support time is tracked in 15-minute increments. And unused time doesn’t roll over from month to month.

Just shoot me an email anytime! I do my best to reply within 2 business days during normal business hours. When you reach out, the more details you can give me the better. A screenshot or a quick description of what you need goes a long way.

If your website goes down or you’re dealing with an urgent hosting issue outside of my normal hours, you can always contact the web hosting company directly for immediate assistance.

And just so you know: you’re always reaching me directly. I personally handle all support for my Website TLC clients.

No problem! You’ve got two options:

Option 1: Add additional hour(s) to your plan each month at a reduced hourly rate. This guarantees that time is reserved for you in my calendar every month, so you never have to wonder if I’ll have availability when you need it.

Option 2: Request additional support or website updates on an as-needed basis. This is billed at my standard hourly rate for TLC clients. Just keep in mind that as-needed time isn’t guaranteed; it depends on my workload and availability at the time of your request.

If you find yourself regularly needing more than what’s included in your plan, Option 1 is definitely the smarter move!

Think of it as insurance for your insurance!

While daily backups are included with the web hosting in your care plan, what happens if those backup files fail, get corrupted, or accidentally get deleted? Without a second set, you could be left with nothing to restore.

That’s why I create an additional set of backups, stored in a completely separate location. Two sets of backups means two layers of protection. So no matter what happens, we’ve always got a copy of your website safe and sound.

Yes! If you have broken links, I’ll correct or remove them. And if you have 404 errors from pages that no longer exist, I’ll set up redirects so visitors don’t hit a dead end.

On the A Little TLC and TLC plans, this work counts toward your monthly support time. On the Extra TLC plan, it’s handled automatically and doesn’t count against your 2 hours of monthly support time.

Every month I will clear out spam, remove older post revisions and optimize your WordPress database. Having too much spam, post revisions, and/or database overhead slows down your website over time.

First… deep breath! It’s stressful, but it’s fixable.

If you’re on the Extra TLC plan with Flywheel hosting, malware removal is included. Flywheel will take care of cleaning your site at no extra charge to you.

If you’re on the A Little TLC or TLC plan, or using your own hosting, malware removal is available as an additional service — either through me or another provider. The cost typically runs $200–$400.

The good news? With proactive security monitoring and regular updates, we dramatically reduce the chances of this happening in the first place!

Both hosting options include 10 GB of disk space, daily backups, and an SSL certificate. Here’s how they differ:

SiteGround web hosting (included with A Little TLC and TLC) is a reliable, well-rounded host that works great for smaller WordPress websites. It supports up to 10,000 monthly visits.

Flywheel web hosting (included with Extra TLC) is optimized specifically for WordPress and offers a step up in speed and performance. It supports up to 25,000 monthly visits and includes proactive malware detection and free malware removal if your site ever gets hacked.

Because Flywheel’s web servers and services are optimized specifically for WordPress websites, their hosting plans do not include email accounts. SiteGround hosting plans do include email accounts. However, no matter what hosting provider you go with, I recommend setting up your email through a separate, dedicated email provider like Google Workspace. This is best practice for keeping your website and email separate and secure.

Want Flywheel’s extra speed and protection on the A Little TLC or TLC plan? You can add it for an additional $15/month.

Nope, the hosting included with your care plan is completely optional. If you have existing hosting you love, you’re welcome to keep it.

Just keep in mind that some features of your website care plan may not be available with all hosting providers. Reach out and let me know what you’re using, and I’ll let you know if anything is affected!

I give your website my full attention and best care every single month. That said, there are some things that are simply outside of my control. WordPress, your theme, your plugins, and your hosting platform are all built and managed by third parties, which means I can’t guarantee your site will be completely error-free or always perform perfectly.

What I can promise is that I’ll be proactive, communicative, and on it when something needs attention.
