You’ve embedded your Facebook Page on your website to show your most recent Facebook posts. You can see it just fine… but you’re getting reports that your Facebook Feed isn’t showing up on your website. What’s going on?!

If your Facebook Page is set up with certain privacy restrictions, visitors who don’t meet those restrictions (or who aren’t logged in!) won’t be able to view your Facebook feed on your website. Luckily, the solution is simple:

  1. Log into Facebook and edit your Page (not your personal profile).
  2. Go to “Settings & Privacy”
  3. In the “Audience and Visibility” section, click on “Followers and public content”
  4. Scroll down to “Country Restrictions” and make sure your country restrictions are correct.

  5. Next scroll down to “Age Restrictions” and make sure your age restrictions are correct.

That should do the trick!

But Let’s Talk Bigger Picture for a Second…

If your website is relying on your Facebook feed to show that your business is active or trustworthy… it might be a sign your website needs a little more love.

Social media is great; but it shouldn’t be doing the heavy lifting that a website can do. A well-designed, strategic website should make a strong first impression, build trust, and guide your visitors exactly where you want them to go — no Facebook Feed required.

And that’s exactly what I help my clients do.

Need a website that actually supports your business (and doesn’t fall apart every time a plugin acts up)? Let’s chat.

I create clean, modern websites that look professional and work like your #1 employee.
