How This Works:
Before Your VIP Day
Sign up for a VIP Day with a 50% deposit or pay in full. If you have questions or want to discuss your project before you sign up, we can have a quick call first.
Then schedule your VIP Day on a date that works best for you. You’ll need to be virtually available throughout your VIP Day to provide feedback as I work through your list. Make sure you give yourself time to do any prep work before your VIP Day. (I recommend at least 2 weeks.)
You’ll get access to your VIP Day portal which includes your VIP Day Workbook. This is where you’ll add your contact info, any needed logins, and your prioritized list of everything you want me to work on.
About a week before your VIP Day, we’ll have a call to review your list and make sure we’re set up for a productive day together.
On Your VIP Day
This is the good part! We’ll knock out your to-do list. Throughout the day I’ll be in contact with you via email or a messaging app, asking for your feedback and updating you on the status of the work. While this IS a very collaborative process, it is NOT an in-person or Zoom co-working session. My best work happens when I can concentrate and focus in silence.
After Your VIP Day
Have questions about the work I completed? No problem! You have 2 weeks of email support to request feedback or clarification on anything we accomplished together.

How do I know if my project is a good fit for a VIP Day?
The best way to find out is to hop on a quick call! If you have a list of WordPress website updates, fixes, or tasks that would take a professional a day or two, you’re probably a great fit. If you need a full website redesign, my Simply Elevated or No Mess – No Stress website design packages are likely a better option.
Can I book more than one VIP Day?
Absolutely! Some lists take 2-3 days to complete and that’s totally fine. We can talk through the details during our call and plan accordingly.
How do I get started?
Easy! Sign up for a VIP Day here and submit your deposit or pay in full. If you have questions or want to discuss your project before you sign up, we can have a quick call first.
Then schedule your VIP Day on a date that works best for you.
How soon can I book a VIP Day?
I recommend scheduling your VIP Day at least 2 weeks out so you have time to put together and prioritize your to-do list before we get started. Spots are limited, so if you have a specific date in mind, don’t wait too long!
What do I need to prepare before my VIP Day?
I’ll give you a VIP Day Workbook where you’ll add your contact info, any needed logins, and your prioritized list of what you want me to work on.
Do I need to be available all day on my VIP Day?
You don’t need to be glued to your computer, but you should plan to be available to answer questions and give feedback throughout the day. The more responsive you are, the more we can get done!
What if I have more tasks than can be completed in one day?
That’s totally fine and pretty common! That’s exactly why I ask you to prioritize your list beforehand, so we always tackle the most important things first. If there’s more to do after your VIP Day, you can always book additional VIP Days.
How do you handle payments?
You can pay in full – or you can pay a deposit today and the balance is due before your VIP Day begins.
What is your rescheduling and cancellation policy?
Life happens! If you need to reschedule your VIP Day, just let me know and we’ll find a new date that works for you.
If you need to cancel entirely, here’s how it works: If you paid in full, you’ll receive a 50% refund. If you paid a deposit, the deposit is non-refundable.
If you ever have concerns about how things are going, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’d much rather work through any issues together than part ways!

Absolutely! There are two great ways we can continue working together after your VIP Day:
- If you need additional help with updates, fixes, or changes, you can book another VIP Day.
