Project Summary
The Late Starters Club podcast was created by international speaker, standup comedian, and actress, Andrea Vahl. I had previously worked on several websites for her (and she’s one of my absolute favorite clients!), so when she reached out for a podcast website design and logo for her new show, I jumped at the chance.

Podcast Logo Design + Branding
Andrea wanted an energetic retro feel to her branding. (How fun!) Here’s what we ended up with for the Late Starters Club podcast branding:
- a color palette that is bright and fun
- a main logo that uses colors from the new color palette and has a retro feel
- additional logo variations she can use for multiple purposes (social media profiles, website favicon, etc.)
- coordinating fonts for her website
Podcast Website Design
Features of this podcast website design include:
- A feed of all the podcast episodes, with links to view information for each individual podcast
- Podcast category pages that include a feed of all the episodes in that category
- Individual podcast episide pages include a show graphic, overview of the episode, links mentioned on the episode, an embedded podcast player to listen to the episode, and an embedded video player to watch the episode
- Transcript pages for each podcast episode
- Multiple opportunities to easily subscribe to the podcast, including a popout available on each page
- Animated backgrounds that draw attention to listening to the podcast episodes
- Newsletter opt-in area to increase the podcast’s newsletter subscribers
- Mobile Responsive
The very top of the website includes an animated banner with the podcast’s latest episode available to play, right on the website:

This was such an enjoyable project to work on! The energetic and fun color palette, graphics and photos made this podcast website design one of my favorite projects.
