Real Estate Agent Website Design and Branding Project
Client: Angie Kelley
Project Summary
Angie Kelley is a realtor serving the Memphis, Tennessee area. Her previous website was outdated and didn’t reflect the professional, polished image she wanted to present to potential clients. It also wasn’t being kept up-to-date, which led to outdated plugins and broken functionality over time. On top of that, her site was built using proprietary designs and plugins, which left her feeling locked into a system with limited options for making changes. When she reached out to her previous developer for updates and fixes, she wasn’t able to get the support she needed. She needed a real estate agent website design that gave her a more sophisticated look-and-feel, along with a website she could actually rely on and have full control over.

Take a look at the transformation from an outdated site to a polished, high-end real estate agent website design:

New Website:
Logo Design + Branding
Angie’s previous branding felt outdated and didn’t reflect the professional, polished image she wanted her business to convey. She wanted a fresh look that felt more sophisticated and elevated, while still feeling approachable to her clients.
The new branding I created for Angie Kelley includes:
- a new logo with a more sophisticated, polished look
- a new color palette that feels more elevated and professional
- website fonts that complement the new logo and color scheme
Real Estate Agent Website Design
As part of this redesign, I moved Angie’s website over to the Divi Theme Builder, giving her a flexible, widely-supported platform instead of the proprietary system she’d been using before.
Features of her new website include:
- A completely revised web design, with updated layouts for both web pages and blog posts
- A streamlined navigation menu that makes it easier for visitors to find what they’re looking for
- Mobile-responsive design, tested across desktop computers, tablets, and phones
- Integration of an IDX solution, so visitors can search and view MLS listings directly on her website
- A mortgage calculator, giving potential buyers an easy way to estimate their monthly payments
- Multiple online forms, including separate forms tailored specifically for buyers and for sellers
Notes from Kelly:
I loved working on the logo and branding for this project. Angie wanted something that felt more sophisticated and polished, and it was fun to create a fresh look that better reflects the professional image she wanted her business to convey.
But honestly, the part I’m most proud of is giving Angie a website that she has full control over. She’d felt stuck with her old website… without a way to get things fixed or updated when she needed it. Handing her a website that’s no longer locked into one developer’s proprietary system felt like such a win. Projects like this are exactly why I love what I do.
