I recommend booking your project at least 3-4 weeks before your desired project start date, to give you enough time to complete your Strategy Questionnaire, have your Strategy Call, and gather your content and brand assets. I take on a limited number of web design projects each month so if you need a quick turnaround time, you’ll want to secure your spot early.

From project booking to website launch, the Simply Elevated package typically takes 6-8 weeks — depending on how quickly you complete your questionnaire, gather your content and brand assets, and provide feedback during the design and build phases.

Easy! Schedule a free phone call. We’ll spend a few minutes talking about your business and making sure we’re a good fit to work together. If we are, we’ll get your project on the calendar and before you know it, you’ll have a website you love.

The website copy is something you’ll provide. After all, no one knows your business better than you do! Your Content Guidelines will walk you through each page. If writing isn’t your strong suit, working with a copywriter before your project begins is a great option. And if you’d like a second set of eyes on your content, I’m happy to read through it and give you some feedback.

Not necessarily! You have a few options: you can provide all of your own photos and images, provide some and let me source additional stock photos to fill in the gaps, or if you don’t have any photos at all I can source stock photos for your entire website. I’ll always choose images that feel cohesive with your brand and the overall look of your site.

Absolutely! That’s the whole point of done-for-you! You send me your content and brand assets, and I take care of putting it all together. Just send it over and consider it handled.

All content amd brand assets need to be submitted one week before your project start date so I have everything I need to hit the ground running. If your content isn’t ready by that deadline, you have two options:

1. We reschedule your project start date to the next available date.
   — or —
2. We proceed as planned and any incomplete sections will have placeholder text for you to fill in after launch.

Either way, we’ll figure it out together!

Having your branding (logo, brand colors, and fonts) ready before we start makes the web design process smoother and faster.  And since this is a completely custom design, it really does make a difference! But if you don’t have that all figured out yet, no worries! I can create a simple text-based logo and help you nail down your colors and fonts as add-ons to your project. Don’t let that stop you from reaching out!

Before I build a single page, I’ll present you with a completely custom design concept created specifically for your brand and goals. If it doesn’t feel quite right, just let me know and we’ll work through your feedback together. That’s exactly what the web design revision rounds are for. We won’t move forward to the website build phase until the design direction is approved.

You get up to two rounds of design revisions before the website build begins.

Additional rounds of design revisions are available for an additional fee. However, in my experience two rounds is plenty. By the time I create your design concept, I already have a very clear picture of your brand, your goals, and what your website needs to accomplish.

You get one round of website revisions before your site goes live. You’ll receive a link to review your website and submit any change requests, and I’ll take care of them before we launch your new website. By the time we get to this stage, you’ve already approved the strategy, the Website Plan, and the custom design. So this round is really just about the finishing touches.

Additional rounds of website revisions are available for an additional fee. In my experience though, one round is typically all it takes to get everything just right.

Absolutely! Additional pages are available for $200 per page. Just let me know what you need and I’ll make sure your website has everything it needs to represent your business beautifully.

Have something specific in mind that isn’t included in the package? No problem! Many additions can be folded right into your project for an additional charge. The best thing to do is mention it during our Discovery Call so we can talk through the details and make sure we account for it in your project plan and timeline.

Yes! Every website I build includes basic on-page SEO, which means I take care of the foundational elements that help search engines understand and index your website. This includes:

• Page titles and meta descriptions
• Heading structure
• Image file names, file sizes, and alt text
• SEO-friendly page addresses (URLs)

While I don’t offer formal website training, every completed website comes with a personalized website user manual: a simple, easy-to-follow guide that shows you how to make basic updates to your website yourself.

Absolutely! I’m not the kind of designer who hands over your website and disappears. There are two great ways we can continue working together after your project is complete:

1. If you need occasional help with updates, fixes, or changes, you can book a VIP Day and we’ll knock out your website to-do list in one focused day.
2. And if you’d like ongoing support and maintenance, my Website TLC Plans are the perfect solution. Think of it as having a trusted website partner in your corner every single month.

Great question! Here are the ongoing costs to expect after your website launches:

• Web hosting: If you’re not on one of my Website TLC Plans, you’ll need to arrange your own web hosting — typically around $20-$35+ per month.
• Domain name registration: Your domain name (your website address) renews annually — typically around $25 per year.
• Divi theme license: The Divi theme is included in my Website TLC Plans. If you’re not on a TLC plan, the annual license is $89/year.
• Premium plugins or third-party tools: Depending on the functionality you need, some tools may have their own subscription costs. I’ll always give you a heads up if anything like this applies to your project.

The good news? Signing up for a Website TLC Plan covers your hosting and Divi license, cutting your ongoing costs significantly.

Your total investment is split into three equal payments. The first payment is due at booking to secure your project start date. The second payment is due before we begin the Custom Design phase. And the third payment is due before your website launches. I accept credit cards, PayPal, and checks — whatever works best for you!

If circumstances change and you need to cancel your project, here’s how we handle it. A written notice is all we need to wrap things up. You’ll be responsible for payment for all work completed up to that point, plus reimbursement of any additional expenses incurred. Please note that your initial deposit is non-refundable. And as always, I reserve the right to include any work I’ve created in my portfolio. If you ever have concerns about how things are going, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
